Provider ID Number: How Do I Get One?

Successful completion of our in-office Workshop is required prior to ordering and using the PedoNatural Crown^®. Upon successful completion of the workshop you will receive a Certificate of Completion for four (4) units of Continuing Education Credit, along with a PedoNatural Crown^® Provider ID Number. This ID number will allow you exclusive access to the Order Page on the PedoNatural Crown^® website from which you can order the PedoNatural Crown^® forms.

Why is the Workshop required prior to ordering the PedoNatural Crown^®?

The requirement to complete a workshop prior to using the PedoNatural Crown^® is meant to ensure that this procedure remains successful in the hands of its providers. Such success can best be achieved through consistency of technique, materials and instrumentation.

In order to protect the integrity of the product and the procedure, the clinician must learn how to manage all elements of the PedoNatural Crown^®, including tooth preparation, crown form adaptation, acrylic handling, finishing and polishing.

While the PedoNatural Crown^® is an inherently simple procedure, the provider must be properly trained, and all steps must be performed correctly according to carefully established protocol, using only those materials proven to be compatible with the method, and clinically demonstrated to be durable. While the procedure is simple once taught, initial training is essential. An ill-prepared clinician would have difficulty performing this procedure for the first time in a clinical situation on a pediatric patient.

Prior hands-on instruction is therefore absolutely critical. Providing such experience is the primary purpose of the workshop, during which you will learn everything necessary to use the PedoNatural Crown^® procedure with ease and skill. Using typodonts specially designed for the PedoNatural Crown^®, we teach you the fine points of the method so that you can start using the PedoNatural Crown^® for your patients.
